This region ranks first or second in popularity among Spaniards themselves as a place of residence. It is worth noting that 20% of all transactions are made by foreigners. The main buyers are British, German, French, Belgian, residents of Northern Europe and the CIS.
New construction on the Costa Cálida or in the Murcia region, 26% of all transactions here are carried out by foreigners. During the last year, 21,000 transactions were carried out in this region, of which 3,900 were purchases of new construction properties. This figure has increased by 10% compared to the previous year, which indicates the growing popularity of the region.
